outlook subject cc and bcc lines

i have a client that has somehow removed her subject cc and bcc lines
in outlook express when she goes to send a message. how can i get those
back?

In an Outlook Express message window, click View | All headers.

it isn't a header issue. the actual place where you type in subject,
bcc, and cc are gone.
