Missing Bcc: on Outlook Express

My recently updated (SP-2) XP computer seems to have lost
the Bcc: line for creating new email. It is available
after clicking Cc:. but then I have to select and place
each name I want on Bcc: individually. My home computer
of roughly the same vintage has the Bcc: window. How can
I restore it?

View>all headers. It's always been this way, and hasn't changed with
SP2.
