Outlook stops responding when virus found - McAfee

Since one week I'm receiving many mails infected with
Netsky... everytime I receive one message and Virusscan
send me an alert, Outlook stops responding and I have to
end the process and reboot the program in order to make
it work again... does anybody else have this problem too?
I'v already tried to find a KB article both on McAfee and
Microsoft sites, but there aren't any...

Since OWA is merely a web interface to Exchange, I can't see how.
