Hi, Bob.
Since you are using Outlook Express, just right-click on this server
(msnews.microsoft.com, unless you've renamed it), then click Newsgroups.
Type "outlook" into the box that says "Display newsgroups which contain:".
There are about 60, in several languages. Many of them deal with Outlook
Express, rather than Outlook, which is a different program, in spite of the
very similar name. But you should be able to find a suitable one without
too much effort. You can search on multiple terms at once, so type "outlook
stat" to find all NGs that have both "outlook" and "stationery" in their
names; I see only OE groups. (Does Outlook even have stationery?)
I suspect you really do mean "Outlook Express Stationery", rather than
"Outlook Stationery". I don't know much about OE stationery since I never
use it. But if, in OE, you click Message, then hover your mouse over New
Message Using... (in the Compose window it just says New Using...), you
should see a fly-out menu listing several choices.
If none of this is what you are asking about, please post back. And make it
very clear whether you mean Outlook or Outlook Express.
