When I try to open Outlook, I receive the following message: "Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of
folders could not be opened. The server is unavailable. Contact your
administrator if this conditions persists."

Any help greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the Outlook profile is looking for files on a server you aren't
connected to or which is down. Or, that the profile is corrupt - or that
you're starting with the wrong profile.

If the server *is* available, check that the profiles are correct, in
Control Panel, Mail. You may need to create a new one for test purposes.

You might also consider posting in one of the Outlook groups.
