Outlook [SPAM]

For whatever reason, one day most of my emails primarily from vendors, and
other non-personal senders are tagged [SPAM] and are downloaded into my "Junk
Mail" Folder. I have tried every way of putting the email address of the
sender in the "Safe Sender List," but without success. I've created a rule
for each sender; no success

Outlook does not write [SPAM} on emails. Your add-in software does.

I receive lots of spam that has the subject line prefixed with [SPAM];
it is our mail server doing this. Complain to your mail admin; it is not
nice to reply to a customer (or vendor) with their subject line tagged
as [SPAM]...

Some ISP's has started to do this practice also. It can also be a 3rd party program
as Judy posted.

In any case it is not done by Outlook
