Outlook-Spam in Subject line

Does anyone know why Outlook XP will put the word Spam in
the subject line if an email when it is sent and how do I
stop this from occurring?
 
Outlook will not do this on its own. There are many SPAM/Filtering software
packages that run on various mail servers that can do this, however.
