Outlook {spam?} in headers

I am getting emails that have {spam?} beside the subject in the header. I
have tried adding the senders to the safe sender list and have put them in my
Contacts list but it still happens. Both of the senders have an email
address on the same domain as mine and I have added the domain as safe but
still no effect. It happens with all emails they send to me including new,
forwards and replies.

I have Outlook 2003 Professional SP1.

Would appreciate any ideas thanks.

Maybe your ISP has spam filters and this mail/address is being identified as
spam

Outlook doesn't do that. You must have a third-party spam filter
somewhere; or maybe your admin installed one on the server.

Thanks for the replies. I contacted my ISP and yes they do have a spam
filter that is causing this problem. They have said they are working on ways
to resolve the issue of 'good' emails being tagged as potentially 'bad'.
Thanks for the help and to anyone else who has this problem - contact your
ISP first!

Some ISP's have a web, mail interface, in which spam rules can be
set/modified
