Outlook Spam folder

Microsoft Oulook recently started creating a spam folder (not Junk E-mail)
and moves all incoming emails to that folder. I tried changing the levels in
the junk email folder, adding senders and domains to the safe list, and
disabling my internet security antispam controls (Microsoft Bit Defender).
Following those steps, the email is recieved at my inbox unitl I restart my
computer and then the spam folder problem persists. Ideas?

The Spam folder is a creation of your AV/IS package.
You may find you have to uninstall your AV, clear temp files & reboot before
then reinstall without the Outlook intergration
