I am using an auto signature in my Outlook. The wierd thing is, when I hit
the "New" button, my signature is not displayed properly (to be specific, the
font sizes were different than the way I formatted it). But if I hit the
"Reply To All" or "Reply" button, its good.
The funny thing about this is, this happened only now. I am using Outlook
for the past 2 years and this is the only instance that I encounter such
problem. I am using an html version of a signature.
Signatures are important because it carries the corporate identity. So if
signature formatting will be changed, then there is no good point in using a
signature.
