outlook signature

Question:
1. Some email able to see my signature some are not (include reply)?
2. Signature able to view but the color can't change to black?
 
How did you create your signature?
Steps to reproduce?
Which message format are you using?

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
-any errors in their exact wording as they are presented to you.
 
My father is having the same issue. Whenever he creates a signature (Outlook
2003), if the font color is set to black, it will not appear in the message,
but the text is still there (if you highlight it you can see it). It's very
frustrating and as a computer science major I cannot even find a way to solve
this problem...

Using Stationery perhaps?
