Outlook Signature

Everytime I chose the signature for replies and forwarding Outlook closes on
me and will not add the signature. It is also not available to add from the
toolbar of the email. What will fix this?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, patford asked:
