Outlook signature

Hi,

I'm currently running exchange server 2003 on a SBS and would like to have a
common signature setup for each user and would rather not alter every user's
local outlook signature. Is there a way of doing this?

Secondly how do I get a common new message page for all my users?

The version of outlook been used on the network are 2000, 2002 and XP.

Do you mean you want to implement a disclaimer or set up a standard signature
for each user?
