Outlook Signature Problems

I have set up two signatures one for New and one for replies and forwards.

On some email addresses the signature does not appear as edited when created.

The signature appears but in very large text and without the small image I
have added.

The problem does not occur when creating new mails.

Are those replies in Plain text? Outlook sends (by default) in the same
message format that an email was received in. So, if you reply to a Plain
text email your reply will be in plain text and therefore you will use a
plain text version of your signature which (obviously) has no format.

It is usual netiquette to reply in the message format the sender prefers
(and therefore sends).
