outlook signature paragraphs

When I set up my signature in Outlook, it is single spaced. When it appears
in a message, the paragraph setting is set to "Auto", which places spaces
between lines of my signature. How do I get it to appear without the extra
spaces.

Sounds like you created it with Word? Instead of hitting ENTER to go to the
next line use SHIFT+ENTER. The signature should be created correctly now.
