Outlook Signature-extra line spaces in signature for new messages

When I send a New Message, extra line spaces appear in my signature. The
signature is fine for replies/forwards. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Are the messages all HTML format? do you see double lines in the compose
message window or do only recipients see it?

To avoid double lines, press Shift+Enter instead of Enter.
