outlook signature done via GPO based on AD

Hi

Can anyone help me with the above..i am trying to do a GPO so all users in my company can have a signature on outlook like

Joe Blogg
IT Engineer

COmpany Name

Tel

Mob

I have looked on loads of forums and sites and not sure how to do..
I have downloaed outlook.adm files but im not sure what to configure to allow this

Need to prevent users from changing their signature...
