Outlook sign on error

I am unable to opem either outlook express or hotmail
account. Hotmail returns to the sign in screen when valid
address and p/word entered. OE gives the following two
error messages:

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.
Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp'
, Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Authorization
Required', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC32

Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete.
Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp'
, Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Critical Error.',
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC32

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
