Outlook Shuts Down WHen Opening Folders

Have a client running Outlook 2003 on a laptop on an Exchange 2003 server
with the latest service packs and updates.

Client can open Outlook. Outlook opens in default folder (Inbox). You can
open messages. However, if client opens ANY OTHER folder, Outlook shutsdown
immediately.

The detailed error message is this:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.5510.0 AppStamp:3f1380f0
ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 ModStamp:411096b4
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0000ede5

It doesn't matter which computer used to open Outlook. I have established
accounts on two different computers and hva ethe same behavior.

I can open OWA however and view all folders and accounts.

I tried opening Outlook in /safe mode. Didn't help.

Any advice would be great. This client is the owner of the company (my
client)...go figure.

Does it work when you add it as an additional mailbox for your own profile?
