Outlook SHutdown Problem HELP!

I have Office 2003 installed and it will not shutdown. I see others have the
same problem but as of yet no answers or fixes. It stays stuck in the system
tray and has to be shut down manually which is a real pain in the butt.
PLEASE ADVISE!

One question
Do you have winfax installed?
If so get if out of the system

I have winfax disabled for integration and it still WONT shut down I also
disabled all the add on's following the instructions provided by the previous
poster.

Disabling winfax does not work all that well take it out
the newest version of winfax is 10.3 and it still has issues.

The Problem is definitely winfax. I took it out and it shut down. I
reinstalled it and it does not work again UGH!!!!!!!!!!
