Outlook should not download images in emails when being forwarded

When I view a message in Outlook it asks whether to download images in the
message. This is good. But, when I forward a message, I see the downloaded
images, even if I didn't ask for them.

I see this most frequently with images in my Junk email folder. I try not to
open any of the messages. But, if I select a single message and forward it to
my spam filtering system, the images download before I can forward the
message.

Seems like a security hole.

I totally agree - a lot of people have complained about this. I'm sure MS is
aware of the complaints, but you can always email (e-mail address removed)
