Outlook should minimize to the task bar.

In all versions of outlook I've used (I'm currently using Outlook 2003),
there is never the option to minimize it to the task bar. I leave my outlook
open pretty much all the time and I like to keep things neat, so having it
taking up space next to the start menu is annoying. I suggest that outlook
should be able to be minimized to the task bar.
 
click on the icon in the tray and choose hide when minimized...
