I often receive email from people who have 'hijacked' my email address off
the bulk emails other people send without bcc'ing. I would like to let these
people know, without contacting them directly, that I don't wish to receive
their email, by bouncing it back to them 'return to sender' style. Is this
possible?

You really should not want this option. When you receive these messages it
is often caused by virusses or by spam. By bouncing these you create even
more needless e-mail traffic and often to people who also got their e-mail
address exposed just like you. So then they will bounce to you again
creating an endless loop of needless e-mail traffic.
