Outlook should let me increase/customize rules size above 32kb

Hi,
In the outlook we cant' store mor than 32kb of rules. Even if I have done
all the opimizations like moving .pst file to c:/xxx.pst shortening the names
etc.. I cant' store some essential rules when I have more contacts. I have to
manually run the rules and this is disgusting.
Kindly help me in this regard

Exchange.
