Outlook should let me change default reminder time for all-day ev.

as subject. recent change means that default reminder time is different for
all day events (18hrs) and other (15mins). Outlook only lets you change the
timed one now!
 
The all day event reminder is hard coded. It is not configurable except by
manually changing it. Who knows what will happen with future versions,
however.

PS - you do know you can change the default reminder for appointments from
15 minutes, right?
