Outlook should include a Resend option for the email like Eudora

Outlook 2003 should include a " Resend " option for the email like Eudora.
Such a option doesnot exist now and created inconvenience

<sigh> Outlook DOES have a "Re-send" option - open the message, go to
Actions and re-send!

I don't even have an "Action" option on my IE browser.

It's not in the browser its in an opened message in Outlook.
