Outlook should have 24 hours clock option in addition to the stan.

Outlook should have a 24 hour clock option in addition to the standard 12
hour AM & 12 hour PM clock. I work in jobs that use the military style 24
hour clock. I am also new to Outlook and if the option exists, I have not
been able to find it.
