I am using Outlook 2003--running Win XP on my desktop. I previously used an
iMac with Entourage (which has become the kids' computer). One of the
features I love about Entourage is that it allows me to "Quote only selected
text in a reply". i.e. Someone sends me a long email, I want to reply to
just one comment or question, I can highlight the portion of the email I want
to reply to--when I then click on the Reply button, all that is included from
the original email is the portion that I highlighted.
Another option I enjoy is being able to customize my reply headers.
