Outlook Shortcuts

I recently updated Outlook 2003 on my office computer and laptop to add the
revised version of the Business Contact Manager, which is much better than
the very first version. After doing so, I'm unable to maintain the list of
Outlook Shortcuts in the Navigation pane on my laptop. It works fine on my
desktop computer, but within a few days of adding and organizing shortcuts
the laptop reverts back to only the two original shortcuts and all my
customized ones are gone!

I imagine the possibility of two solutions. First, perhaps this is a known
issue and there's a way to fix it. Second, there may be a way to back up my
shortcut array so that I can quickly restore it when it disappers.
Obviously I'd prefer a systemic solution but the latter version of a
solution is an acceptable alternative.

Reset the Navigation Pane by starting Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch.
