Hi, im using Outlook 2003 SP1 on an exchange server at work...i had customized my view of outlook using the shortcuts tab at the bottom left pane. this way i could organize and reorder only the folders (including some .pst folders)that i wanted to see.
This worked fine for me for 3 years or so until yesterday AM when i opened outlook and my whole shortcuts pane was gone. i recreated it yesterday and then when i came in this AM i discovered it had been wiped out again. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? i checked with our IT folks and they confirmed that there had been no updates to the system or to my PC...and i read somewhere that "special characters" might be the cause but i do not use any of those in my shortcut pane organization...please help!
thanks,
Kate
