Outlook Shortcut Bar Prompt

Greetings,

To re-enable this prompt (As what SP was asking), you navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Options\NewFolder
and turn NoShortcutPrompt from value of 1 to value of 0. Close
Outlook, reopen, create a new folder and you will be prompted to add
to Shortcut Bar.

That was a couple of days worth of effort!

Of course, that's just for Outlook 2002. Outlook 2003 should use the node
"11.0" instead of "10.0" and Outlook 2000 should use "9.0". In general, use
the highest number you see in the registry.
