My Shortcuts to stay open on the Outlook Shortcut Bar

I have a user who would like `My Shortcuts' to remain the open default on the
Outlook Shortcut Bar.
Currently when she closes & re-opens the application `My Shortcuts'
minimizes & `Outlook Shortcuts' expands.
Is there a way to force `My Shortcuts' to be the open default, or is there a
way to change the shortcut file order?

I have tried re-creating her profile & that did not help. This was to
hopefully fix another issue as well; the `Public Folders' file is showing as
the first item in her Folder List rather than the Outlook Today folder or a
delegate folder. Basically it's not falling in alphabetical order.

This user recently transferred to another state & swears that her Outlook
Shortcut Bar menus allowed the `My Shortcuts' file to stay open in the home
office. I'm in the home office & we can not duplicate this.

Using Windows XP & Outlook XP

I appreciate any advice.

Try opening Outlook with the /resetfolders switch. As for the Shortcut bar,
someone else will be along to help with that. I have never used shortcuts so
I guess I'll learn something new myself!
