Outlook Sent Items

I have a user who's sent items dissappear after just a couple of hours.
There are no rules or archiving fetures turned on. Any suggestions on what
could be the issue? User does use a PDA, but there are no settings that is
redirecting sent items on the PDA.

What version of Outlook? What view do they have applied to the folder? Do
they have another machine (at home perhaps) that might be downloading the
messages? Only happens to Sent Items?
