outlook sends my message many times

RRR

recently most of the times when I click "send" the message goes to my outbox
and I receive anote "some errors occurred while processing the requested
tasks. Please review the list of errors below for more details". There is no
details about specific error, the message would keep sitting in the outbox,
but recipient would receive it dozens of times.
 
I have never seen that message in Outlook. Are you using a third party tool
in Outlook or do you have an AV set to scan incoming/outgoing e-mail? Do
you have a firewall that inspects Outlook's e-mail> If either of the
previous, disable the integration with Outlook. It is unnecessary,
redundant and causes all kinds of problems like what you are seeing.

thanks for the reply. I didn't mentionned that I use Outlook Express. How do
I check :
if I use third party tool?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
