Outlook sends multiple copies of meeting requests

Outlook 2003 sends multiple copies of meeting requests when people have accepted the meeting I get nine reply’s back any body have an idea as to what started this and what’s the fix?
 
Is there an AntiVirus application setup to scan your email anywhere in this
picture?
