OUTLOOK Sending

I am able to receive, but not send on my laptop from home.
I am able to send from my laptop at work.

This function was working fine last Friday. Can anyone
help?
 
Same problem here too since 6/28. The error reads smtp
error cannot find server, contact ISP (am using Yahoo as
ISP) amd they seem to be too busy to contact me. They
changed their mail system about that time. Good luck!
