outlook send and rec

good morning
i am using office 2003,when i go to outlook before my
email use to come to inbox all by itself now i have to hit send and recvied
to get my email and help here
 
check the settings in Tools | Options | Mail XXXX (2 tabs)

Your Send / Receive Group settings atually control this.
Press ctrl + Alt + S to bring up the options.
