Outlook Security

Hi,
Is there an application (or can outlook do this)that will
prompt the sender for a username and password before any
message can be sent? This is in an Exchange server
environment not a POP setup.

No - once they log into the domain/mailbox, they're in. What's your intended
purpose in this?

We have issues with people walking away from there desk
without locking there desktop. The screen saver will lock
there machine only after one minute. Alot can happen in
one minute so I could sit down at there machine and send a
nasty message to the CEO or someone else.
I have much better things to do then making sure everyones
machines are locked when they go to lunch.

Just trying to find a solution.

This is a policy/HR/behavior issue, not a technical one. Make sure people
know that if they step away from their desks, they MUST lock their desktop.
