outlook security

I am unable to access microsoft outlook. What comes up is;
connect to>OOBIE registration>username>password. I have no
idea what my username is or passowrd. It says there is a
network problem that is preventing connection to the
microsoft exchange server computer. What is this? Help?
 
Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user or an Outlook newsgroup.
