Outlook Security Settings

Hi

can anybody give me an idea on how to suppress the outlook security settings
to just allow any email with attachment to be sent in behalf of me.

its the outlook feature that says a "program is trying to send an e mail in
behalf of you" and will just respond to YES right away. thanks very much...
