Outlook Security Error on MSN Site

I updated Outlook and now i have trouble sending links via
e-mail, even on MSN sites. I know the sites are not a
problem. Error Message.. Outlook Blocked potentially
unsafe attachments" Does anyone know how to fic this ..?
In help it says level i access can not be
changed...Helppppppppppppp
