Outlook running in task manager

[RAJAN]

Dear Sir,

I am using win 2000 Pro and i installed service pack 4 and
also the patches for win 2000. The problem i am facing is
that i am using Microsoft outlook 98 for receving the
mails.

When i close the outlook it does not closing fully. the
exe is still running in the task manager. This happens
rarely.

Pls tell me how to over come this problem.
