Outlook Rules

I am using Outlook 2003 on my desktop and also on my laptop. I have rules
set up and they work fine on my desktop, I exported the rules to my laptop
and they are there, but do not work. I have the same folders set up on both
computers and really need the rules to be working properly on the laptop.

You might have to modify each rule to give it a kick in the pants. For
example so it makes sense, lets say you have a rule that moves an item to a
folder. While the rule may look right after the import, modify the rule by
selecting the folder name in the rule and pick the folder again. Then
select OK.
