Outlook Rules Wizard unavailable

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Rules Wizard on a newly installed
Outlook 2002, but that option is unavailable under
Tools. I've tried the KB extensively. Even tried to
reinstall, to no avail.

Thanks for any tips,

Never mind. I set up an account and the Rules Wizard
became available. I was trying to avoid this so I
wouldn't receive a downpour of messages without the rules
being in place. Oh well.
