outlook rules when using 2 exchange mailboxes

Hi all,

I'm having issues with outlook.

I have my main mailbox (exchange) and then i also have a support mailbox which only i use. I'm wanting to setup a rule to popup a message when a email arrives as you dont get the usual bottom right popup as in my default mailbox.

How can i setup rules for an extra mailbox? I've tried as i usually would but it isn't happening.

But rules will run if i click run rules now.

(using Outlook 2003)
