Is there a way to make a rule that does not contain information? For example,
I would like to move all emails to a new folder that do not contain a certian
word in the senders address or subject line. Thanks for the help.

Sure. Create a rule that moves all messages and add the "except if the
subject contains specific words" and "except with specific words in the
sender's address" exceptions.
