I am trying to create a rule to put certain e-mails in the Junk Folder in
Outlook 2003.
The e-mails contain spanish accent characters like "chéáper".
I created a rule, however the rule does not work. I created a rule
specifying a word in regular english.
The same rule then works fine.
Any ideas. I am inundated with those e-mail and it gets quite annoying.

Thanks

Try cut and paste of the word from the email - paste into the rul

Are you seeing any "Rules error - cannot copy to JUNK folder "?

I tried cutting and pasting, however it seems to be non-funtional while in
rules input.
I also tried to move to another folder rather than the Junk folder, that
does not work either.

Thanks
