Outlook rules error

So I have two users with this problem. They both have simple rules moving
messages from distribution lists (different lists for each user) to specific
Outlook folders (differently named folders on each PC). Different PC's, so
it's not computer related.

Anyway, when the rules trigger, only occasionally they are getting an error
stating something like "The folder you are trying to move or copy the message
to cannot be found".

Again, the folder does exist. Looking for solutions!

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? If you're using Outlook with a
dependency on an Exchange server, it might be intermitent network
issues/disconnections that cause this random behaviour. Try taking the power
off your switch/router for about 10 seconds and fire it back up. If you do
use Exchange and the problem is still occuring, you might need to look closer
at your network performance. If all machines are exhibiting the same problem,
it's definitely network or server related. 9999/10000 times, the client
software is never to blame. Well maybe that's a bit optimistic )

3600 users here. Two have the problem. It's not network nor Exchange. It's
client side, hence why I posted this in the Outlook forum.

Not to get snooty, but I'm an Exchange Admin, so I've more than checked the
basics. It's Outlook that's the issue.
