Outlook rule with 2 aliases

Hi there,
Thanks for reading. I created a secondary alias for a user. The user then
created a rule directing mail addressed to the secondary alias to a new
folder in the inbox. The problem is that the rule is redirecting email
addressed to the primary alias.

Where do I configure the rule or account to distinguish primary from
secondary?
