Outlook Rule to send subject line only

Hello,

I would like to have Outlook redirect just the subject line (not the
message body or header info) of incoming messages to my mobile phone
(SMS) e-mail address. Could anyone suggest a rule that would
accomplish this?

you'll need an sms addin that can control how much is sent.
